As a Xennial (that magical 1983 sweet spot), I’ve got the perfect vantage point to see where things went a little off the rails with this Gen Z crowd. Don’t get me wrong—these kids are sharp, creative, and deeply passionate about mental health, sustainability, and avocado toast. But, dang, did we accidentally raise a generation that thinks taking out the trash is on par with running a marathon?
